My Cora Premium membership is not working

Occassionally, a Cora Premium membership may not activate right after purchase. To ensure that the purchase was successful, tap the Restore In-App purchases in Settings > Account Settings. This will check your subscription status:

  • Restore successful: your subscription is active and all Premium features are now unlocked. Please restart your phone in case there are still features that you cannot use.

  • Membership expired: your Cora Premium membership expired. Please subscribe anew to access premium content.

  • No purchases found: you never purchased Cora Premium. This can also mean that the buy transaction was interrupted and failed.
