How do I create a challenge?
To create a challenge, navigate to the Challenges section in the Cora app. Then, press the right-top plus icon to see a list of scientifically-backed lifestyle recommendations for improving blood pressure. In the list, select a challenge that appeals to you and finish by selecting the number of days per week, the time per activity and by setting a activity reminder. We recommend at least 200 minutes of physical activity every week.
